Board Member
Kaitlin is a dedicated Board Member for the Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance (MBDA), reinforcing her commitment to the positive impact of community enrichment. She also volunteers as the Communications Co-Chair for our local Junior League of the Grand Strand organization, Steering Committee Member for the Grand Strand Young Professionals, and President of the Beachwood
Townhomes HOA.
Currently holding the position of Marketing Manager & Branding/Visioning Designer at ESP Associates, Inc., a multi-disciplinary engineering design and consulting firm, Kaitlin specializes in marketing strategy, community branding, and signage/way-finding design.
With a robust educational and professional background in landscape architecture, urban design, and graphic design, she brings over 12 years of experience in managing and executing comprehensive design
processes. Kaitlin passionately believes in transforming a career into a pursuit of one’s passions, leveraging human empathy to creatively depict and celebrate the unique narrative of each project. Her expertise spans the entire design spectrum, from gathering client and stakeholder feedback, to conceptualization, to iterative development, through final delivery.
Kaitlin is a proud resident that lives in the City of Myrtle Beach with her husband, Eric, and their cockapoo, Carson.
